Some states require supporting documents to be submitted along with Quit Claim Deed. We help clients submit the Quit Claim Deed along with supporting documents to the County.

Steps involved in transferring Primary Home or

Rental property into Living Trust

  • Prepare new Quit Claim Deed

  • Notarize the new Deed document. Some states require witness signatures while notarizing the deed.

  • Prepare the Supporting documents if required. Some States require supporting documents to be filed and attached to the deed while submitting with the County Clerk Recorder Office

  • Submit the notarized Deed and Supporting Documents (if required) with the County Clerk Recorder Office.
